An Introduction to Problem-Solving with Design for Delight
What is Design for Delight?
We live in a world where many things are designed to create solutions to challenges. In Design for Delight, our goal is to approach problem-solving with a mindset of understanding the customers' needs and adapting our solution depending on their feedback. By understanding the problem and empathizing with the people who are affected, you can come up with ideas that get to the heart of the customers' challenges.
Open to: Young entrepreneurs (18- 39 years old) who are interested in developing Customer Empathy and building customer-driven business solutions. Note: This workshop will not be recorded as we encourage participants to turn their cameras on and share their challenges.
